Weekend Delight

It's always nice to go back to old haunts, visit with friends, shop at old known boutiques, and just kick back and enjoy the fruits of one's labor.

This past weekend I went to
Westlake Village and visited with old friends and shopped. I stayed at Marriot's Renaissance Hotel in nearby Agoura Hills, had brunch at Mimi's, shopped at the Westlake Promenade and chilled out for coffee and browsed books at the local Barnes & Noble. I went to Rico Marco's Shoetique (always a pleasure there, so much eye candy), and the Sugar and Spice clothing stores and shopped some more.

On the way to and from the weekend jaunt, I passed by
Santa Barbara via San Marcos Pass and the beautiful Pacific Coast Highway.

Westlake Village is just 20 mins from Malibu and 30 mins from Los Angeles and yet feels so different. It has the feel of a cosmopolitan place without the hustle & bustle of a big city.

La dolce vita!
