Taking Care of One's Self

Regimen for Healthy Living

Exercise – goes to the
gym to workout – does both cardio & weight training (if I get tired of the gym, for a change of scenery I go for long brisk walks/hikes, at least 2-3 miles each)

Facial – monthly facials which include
microdermabrasion, glycolic peel, extraction, mask, etc… let's not forget the Swedish & Thai massages :)

Not to say I lead a boring life…
I do drink socially – vodka + cranberry juice or grapefruit juice is the preferred poison, er, cocktail – meet up with girlfriends for “girls night out,” league bowling, lunch and dinner out, movies, etc…
